Has a 1.3% chance of replacing a regular Slot Machine.

After playing, the machine has a 33.33% chance to teleport into a different room on the floor. This chance doubles with each payout, and is guaranteed after 3 payouts.

If touched without having any money, the machine will instantly teleport to a different room.

Cannot be destroyed with an explosion.

Possible payouts
Payouts are different based on whether or not the room is cleared (C) or not (N).

The following payouts are possible based on the matched symbols, with each payout having an equal chance to be selected:

Sword:
(C) ×1.25 temporary damage multiplier that lasts for 40 seconds.
(N) The (C) prize + deals 5x Isaac's damage to all enemies in the room.

Clover:
(C) Spawns a Lucky Penny.
(N) Converts 2 random enemies into Pennies, and another enemy into a Lucky Penny.

Red Key:
(C) Opens all possible Red Rooms in the current room. If no rooms were opened, spawns 2 Cracked Keys instead.
(N) Attempts to do the (C) prize, and if failed, converts 2 random enemies into Cracked Keys.

Fiend:
(C) Spawns an Immoral Heart and Half Immoral Heart.
(N) Spawns 8 Fiend Minions over time, with 2 of them guaranteed to turn into hearts upon room clear.

XD Emoji:
(C) Spawns a Golden Troll Bomb.
(N) The (C) prize + shoots 3 golden lasers in random directions that hurt both enemies and Isaac.

Corn:
(C) Forces Isaac to consume 2-4 random pills.
(N) Forces Isaac to consume 3-6 random pills. Petrifies all enemies in the room for 0.33 × PillsConsumed seconds.
* Isaac's controls are disabled while consuming the pills.

Seven:
(C) Spawns a random chest.
(N) Turns 2 enemies into random vanilla chests (normal, locked, red, bomb, or spike chest).

The following types of chests can be spawned:
• 8.77% → random vanilla chest
• 8.77% → Bomb Chest
• 8.77% → Wooden Chest
• 8.77% → Locked Chest
• 8.77% → Red Chest
• 8.77% → Shop Chest
• 8.77% → Dire Chest
• 8.77% → Glass Chest
• 7.02% → Spiked Chest
• 7.02% → Haunted Chest
• 5.26% → Eternal Chest
• 5.26% → Mimic Chest
• 3.51% → Old Chest
• 1.75% → Mega Chest

Final payout
The final payout has a 14.29% chance to happen when the machine is found after it has teleported to a different room, making the machine explode. This chance is doubled with each teleportation of the machine.

The machine will leave behind Consolation Prize (66.67%) or Dazzling Slot (33.33%).

Additionally, it has a 66.67% of dropping one of the following pickups alongside the main prize:
• Random chest
• Golden Troll Bomb
• Immoral Heart
• Cracked Key
• Lucky Penny
